At the Law Office of David Michael Heim, PLLC, located in Wheatfield, New York, I value my relationship with each client. I have been practicing law since 1978, and many of my clients today are people who first placed their trust in me in the earliest years of my practice.

I grew up and went to school in North Tonawanda. I earned my undergraduate degree at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, and my law degree at Albany Law School in Albany, New York. I first hung my shingle at the Law Office of David Michael Heim, PLLC, when I was admitted to practice in 1978.
Ever since then, I have worked closely with my clients to provide the legal services they need. My primary focus is on those areas of the law that confront all of us at some point in life. I have earned a solid reputation among my clients and among my peers for skilled and able representation in real estate matters, estate planning, elder law, probate and estate administration, and small business concerns.
